While you were all obsessing about balloonboy or whatever he’s called, I was enjoying dinner at Stella! which consisted in part of this, lamb two ways with roasted brussel sprouts and carmelized potato with mushrooms and some kind of foam thing I can’t rememer but damn was it good. I’ll post dessert later and blow your minds a little more.
