Looks like I made it snow with that last tweet. Wily snow!
No snow today apparently. Now I don’t regret performing the annual Mopping of the Kitchen Floor and Hallway ritual this past weekend.
In light of the last few weeks, I was considering linking the economic downtown to increased sightings of splats of vomit on NYC sidewalks.
In a cab headed home. Unfortunately I will not be at the roflthing tomorrow, instead will be hacking on a new project at nycresistor.
Iggy’s is getting crazy. @innonate is here. Not sure if the two are relatedd.
It’s friggin amateur night tonight in Manhattan. At Iggy’s on Ludlow with @potatono and @mikehudack drinking many beers.
Rapacious hordes have descended on Burp Castle. It’s like rush hour on the subway in there. Moving on to Sweet & Vicious.
Random guy in the subway: “Hi, my name’s Dan. I’m a monk. Do you know what a monk is?” Me: “Why yes I do.”
Burp Castle tonight at 10 pm! DM me for directions if needed.
Several sites on the web appear to be inaccessible right now due to Network Solutions’ WorldNIC DNS servers being down.
Drinking liquore made from myrtleberries. It’s unlike anything I’ve ever tasted.

If you ever need motivation to workout and eat right, spend some time in the waiting room of a doctor’s office. This one guy here is scary.
And now for my 360th tweet: http://bit.ly/16Dpe “If you’re killed in the Matrix, you die here?” ugh.
Nerd confession: it upsets me a little to have to shut down servers that are mere days from a full year of continuous uptime. *sniff sniff*
Prepping for datacenter migration tomorrow. There’s no beer in the fridge so I’m being forced to sip some 18 year old Jameson. Life’s tough!
We have a winner in the server uptime contest: it’s app08 with 404 days, 6 hours, and 22 minutes of continuous uptime. Give ‘em a hand!
Blasting iTunes party shuffle over the office speakers. I’d forgotten about so much of the music in my library.
Sometimes you just gotta hack on it till it works, ya know?
Slept about 10 well-deserved hours as a reward for finishing part of a huge datacenter migration. But, as Leia says, “It’s not over yet.”
